Then, the rotating roller forces the material into the die hole on the flat die, during which the material is subjected to tremendous pressure. Under the action of high pressure, the temperature of the material rises, and the natural adhesives (such as lignin or starch) in it are activated, playing a bonding role. Finally, the cylindrical material squeezed through the die hole is cut into pellets of appropriate length by a fixed blade, completing the entire pelletizing process.
